Nuclear Propulsion Training Unit, Idaho, S5G Prototype Staff (Qualified Engineer Officer) Leading Engineering Officer of the Watch. Responsible for Officer Qualification and overall Operation of one of four Operating crews.

US Strategic Command – Developed first unified Emergency Action Procedures following standup of the command.

Commander Submarine Force US Pacific Fleet – Senior member of several major accident investigations including the near loss of the USS Dolphin (May 2002), Senior officer in HQ directing the initial response and initial Search & Rescue Operations during and following the USS Greeneville collision with the Ehime Maru.
